The Governing Board serves as the governing body of Systems of Hope.  The purpose of the Governing Board is to oversee and ensure that Systems of Hope effectively carries out its visions, mission and goals. The Governing Board is composed of family members (51% or more) and various agencies from Harris County.  The governing board has many responsibilities, including providing direction to the Systems of Hope Project Director, oversight of the annual budget, ensuring compliance with the SAMHSA grant and other duties as needed.
